Hiring For Patent Associate / Analyst

Skill Requirement

1. B. Tech/ M. Sc/ M. Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
2. Sound technical knowledge in respective domain(s) is a MUST
3. 1.5 + years in (IP) Patent Support Services Domain
4. Must have good hands on work experience of working on Prior Art Searches.
5. Patentability searches, State of Art searches, File Wrapper Analysis, Quick Litigation Analysis, Invalidity and Infringement investigation, Claim Charting and mapping of evidences, Freedom to Operate opinion.
6. Basic understanding of Patent analytics Projects like – Technology Landscaping, Patent Strength Analysis
7. Excellent computer and writing skills.
8. Effective oral and written communication skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Profile:

• Responsible for managing the research and delivery of critical information and knowledge affecting research, development and business performance of our clients.
• Conduct comprehensive searches of technical and patent information using online database and other information resources.
• Provide insightful evaluation and analysis of results.
• Deliver timely, value-added patent search reports.
• Analyze and summarize search results
• Conducting Prior Art searches on paid and free literature databases
• Creating initial understanding of the invention, creating search strategies, executing search strategies
• Extracting and evaluating search results, culling, report formation, mapping and result evaluation, rejection summary and charts
• Create, update & maintain the required reports with the correct information & naming convention.
• Perform Quality Check on Final Deliverable Report.
